Committee Report <br /> Community and Economic Development <br /> February 12, 1996 <br /> Page 2 <br /> Mr. Mike Beitzinger then noted that Resolution No. 96-17 addressing the Confirmation <br /> Resolution for Materbuilt will have a substitute version since the legal description was <br /> inadvertently left out. <br /> Citizen Member Sue Hodgson noted that often in her capacity in the Mortgage Loan <br /> Department that she hears many individuals state that they are looking outside of the City <br /> limits because"taxes are too high".
