L j
Committee Report
Zoning and Annexation
July 10, 1995
Page 2
The Committee then reviewed Resolution No. 95-40 which would adopt and
approve the Historic Preservation Plan. Mr. John Oxian made the presentation. He noted
that this should have been done probably 15 years ago. It provides all the updated material
in a notebook addressing all items over which the Historic Preservation Commission has
authority. In response to a question raised by Council Member Luecke, it was noted by the
Council Attorney that this notebook must be kept on file and available to the public and
must be updated on a regular basis.
Following discussion, Council Member Luecke made a motion, seconded by
Council Member Puzzello that Resolution No. 95-40 be recommended favorably to
Council. The motion passed.
There being no further business to come before the Committee the meeting
was adjourned at 4:40 P.M.
Respectfully submitted,
Council Member Lee Slavinskas,Chairperson
Zoning and Annexation Committee
Attachments
