Committee Report <br /> Personnel and Finance <br /> August 28, 1995 <br /> page 2 <br /> Council President Ladewski noted in talking with some of the Teamsters <br /> representatives that there was some confusion over the 2 days and that might have been a <br /> factor in some of the negative votes against the contract. <br /> Following discussion, Council Member Coleman made a motion, seconded by <br /> Council Member Puzzello that Substitute Bill No.40-95 as amended be recommended <br /> favorably to Council.The motion passed. <br /> Council Member Luecke noted that the budget overview will take place this <br /> Thursday, August 31, 1995 at 4:00 P.M. He also noted that budgets of the individual <br /> departments will be reviewed September 5 through September 8 and September 11 through <br /> 15 beginning at 4:00 P.M. <br /> In response to a question raised by Council Member Puzzello it was noted by Mr. <br /> Rinard that the Non-Bargaining Ordinance would be filed for first reading to take place on <br /> September 11, 1995. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Committee, the meeting was <br /> adjourned at 5:05 P.M. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Council Member Steve Luecke <br /> Chairperson,Personnel and Finance Committee <br /> Attachments <br />
