Committee Report <br /> Parks and Recreation <br /> June 12, 1995 <br /> Page 2 <br /> In response to a question raised by Council Member Coleman it was noted by Mr. <br /> St.Claire that the white tigers and alligators soon would be coming and additional penguins <br /> would be coming also. He also noted that 66 classes in 23 schools raised pennies for <br /> penguins totaling over$6,000.00. <br /> Following discussion, Council Member Kelly made a motion, seconded by Council <br /> Member Luecke, that Bill No. 29-95 be recommended favorably to Council. The motion <br /> passed. <br /> Council Member Coleman also noted that with regard to Resolution No. 95-39 that <br /> the Legal Department and Baker Daniels is currently working out language with the school <br /> corporation which would take effect effective July 1, 1995. This Resolution would be <br /> heard at the next Common Council meeting. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Committee the meeting was <br /> adjourned at 4:10 P.M. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Council Member Sean Coleman,Chairperson <br /> Parks and Recreation Committee <br /> Attachments <br />
