r <br /> Committee Report <br /> Public Works and Property Vacation Committee <br />' December 18, 1995 <br /> Page 2 <br /> He noted that originally the Milton Home was established as a"Old Ladies Home" <br /> and was later overseen by Standard Federal Bank. The vacation is necessary in order to <br /> allow 2 possible alternatives in the future,either to enlarge the facility or to allow it to be <br /> used as a medical facility. <br /> Council Member Luecke noted that the street in question is a paper street and that he <br /> had talked with the Engineering Department and that there is no problem. <br /> Following further discussion, Council <br /> Member Kelly made a motion, seconded by r <br /> Council Member Zakrzewski - <br /> akr ewski that Bill No. 79 95 be recommended favorably to <br /> Council. <br /> The motion passed. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Committee, the meeting was <br /> adjourned at 4:25 P.M. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Council Member Ann Puzzello <br /> Chairperson,Public Works and Property Vacation Committee <br /> Attachments <br /> I <br /> • <br />
