'~ <br />~ 4. The Authority hereby approves the Purchase Agreement. <br />5. The President and Secretary of the Authority are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute and attest, respectively, the <br />Purchase Agreement, in the form attached hereto as "Exhibit B." <br />6. The Secretary of the Authority is hereby directed to file a <br />copy of the Purchase Agreement with the Commission. <br />7.
