I have <br />reviewed them and found them correct. <br />The bidders are summarized as follows: <br />Bidder Quote Amount <br />Larson Danielson Construction Co., Inc. $283,563.00 <br />Gibson-Lewis, LLC $360,600.00 <br />I recommend the rejection of a contract for the Morris Box Office Renovation due to both bids <br />being over the budget allocated for the project. <br />Please call with your questions (5998). <br />Enc.
