., }M <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4 <br />• RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY APPROVING. <br />FINAL PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND COST ESTIMATES FOR THE <br />ST. JOSEPH/WAYNE PARKING FACILITY AND APPROVING AN AGENCY <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE.AUTHORITY,AND THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />BY AND THROUGH ITS BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Authority (the "Authority) <br />at a meeting on April 14, 1988, adopted Resolution No. 2 approving a <br />proposed Lease between the Authority and the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission .(the "Commission") for the St. Joseph/Wayne Parking Faci- <br />lity (the "Parking Facility") to be dated as of June 1, 1988 (the <br />"Lease"), and preliminary plans, specifications and cost estimates <br />for the Parking Facility; and <br />WHEREAS, the Commission at a meeting on April 29, 1988, adopted, <br />subsequent to a public hearing, Resolution No. 841 approving the <br />execution of the Lease; and <br />-WHEREAS, the architect for the Authority has filed final plans, <br />specifications and cost estimates. for. the construction of the Parking <br />Facility with the Authority; and <br />WHEREAS, the Authority desires to enter into an Agency .Agreement <br />with. the City of South Bend by .and through its Board of Public Works <br />to provide .for the construction of the Parking Facility by the Board <br />of Public Works-and other related matters; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SOUTH.. BEND REDEVELOPMENT <br />AUTHORITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The Authority hereby approves the final plans, specifica- <br />tions and cost estimates for he construction of the Parking: Faci- <br />• -1- <br />
