The Authority hereby approves the. execution of the Agency <br />Agreement-.with the City of South Bend by and through its Board of <br />Public Works. <br />3. The Secretary of the Authority is hereby directed to file a <br />copy of the. Agency Agreement with the Board of Public Works, and a <br />copy of the approved final plans, specifications and cost estimates <br />with the Board of Public Works and-the Commission. <br />4.
