Mr.Amaral noted that the physicians were approached by the current owners of the <br /> building because they were fearful to live in the neighborhood. Council Member Luecke <br /> voiced concern with regard to expanding the parking in this area. <br /> Following discussion, Council Member Zakrzewski made a motion, seconded by <br /> Council Member Slavinskas, to recommend Bill No. 99-94 favorably to Council. The vote <br /> was 2 in favor 1 opposed and 1 abstained. Therefore the vote did not prevail. Following <br /> further discussion, Council Member Duda made a motion, seconded by Council Member <br /> Washington, the Bill be sent to full Council without recommendation. The motion passed <br /> by a 3 to 1 vote with Council Member Zakrzewski abstaining. <br /> Mr. Bynori noted that when all professional uses except medical were taken out of <br /> "B"Iresidential that a study was begun by the Area Plan Staff however then both planners <br /> left the department. <br /> Under miscellaneous business Chief Marciniak was called upon by Council <br /> ki to give an update to the resent article which appeared in the USA Today. <br /> Member Ladewski p <br /> Me g <br /> He then provided statical information (copy attached) to the Committee.
