He noted that this is required so <br /> that the local ordinance would be consistent with state and <br /> federal regulations. <br /> Following further discussion, Council Member Duda made a <br /> motion, seconded by Council Member Zakrzewski, that Bill No. <br /> 109-93 be recommended favorably to Council .
