Zoning and Vacation <br /> January 24 , 1994 <br /> Page 3 <br /> floodplain regulations. Mr. Byorni, of the Area Plan staff, <br /> made the presentation. He noted that this is required so <br /> that the local ordinance would be consistent with state and <br /> federal regulations. <br /> Following further discussion, Council Member Duda made a <br /> motion, seconded by Council Member Zakrzewski, that Bill No. <br /> 109-93 be recommended favorably to Council . The motion <br /> passed. <br /> The Council Attorney then provided a copy of a memorandum <br /> from Larry Magliozzi, Assistant Director of the Department <br /> of Community and Economic Development, on Bill No. 119-93 <br /> and Resolution No. 94-2 addressing the Reservoir Annexation. <br /> The memorandum sets forth the request that both items be <br /> continued to the meeting of February 28th. <br /> There being no further business to come before the <br /> Committee, the meeting was adjourned at 4 : 20 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Council Member Cleo Washington <br /> Vice Chairperson, Zoning and Vacation Committee <br /> Attachments <br /> • <br />
