<br />With nearly 30 years of experience, Tracy’s

<br />SR 49 Bridge Deck Overlays and Bridge Painting, Porter County,

<br />» This $4.1M project included 8 modified concrete overlays and
<br />six structural steel paintfngs as well as new approaches,
<br />guardrail, & slopewall repairs on various bridges near the City
<br />of Valparaiso
<br />» McCormick’s responsibilitfes included monitoring daily work at
<br />assigned locatfon, field measurements, assistance with
<br />material testfng, Daily Work Reports in SiteManager &
<br />assistance with Final Records
<br />Indiana Toll Road, PUSH Project, Porter, LaPorte, St. Joseph and
<br />Elkhart Counties
<br />» Provided constructfon observatfon on a Project Oversight
<br />Team for a $200M Design-Build Project.
<br />» McCormick provided oversight at 8 of 53 bridge
<br />rehabilitatfon projects in a 73-mile corridor with bridge
<br />work including both partfal and full deck replacements
<br />closing one lane at a tfme in each directfon
<br />» Work included monitoring daily actfvitfes, observing

<br />Since joining Lochmueller after working as
<br />both Project Engineer and Area Engineer at
<br />INDOT, Dave provides a wealth of knowledge with more than 19
<br />years’ experience in design, land surveying, and oversight of
<br />INDOT and LPA contracts. He has held responsibilitfes with
<br />contractor management, MOT coordinatfon, standards and
<br />specificatfons review and implementatfon, and project close
<br />out. He is adept in keeping all stakeholders involved and up to
<br />date on constructfon schedules and tfmeframes.

<br />Dave’s experience in project coordination and bridge
<br />construction, particularly with the work that will be completed
<br />in and near the waterway, will be important and invaluable on
<br />this contract.

<br />Prior to joining Lochmueller, Jessica spent
<br />more than 25 years working for
<br />St. Joseph County Department of
<br />Infrastructure, Planning & Growth – Division of Public Works.
<br />That experience includes 13 years as County Engineer which
<br />informs Jessica’s seasoned ability to manage program budgets
<br />and effectfvely communicate project solutfons as she facilitated
<br />over 38 Local Federal Aid projects, including 12 trail projects
<br />and five river bridge rehabilitatfons at a constructfon cost of
<br />approximately $22 million.
<br />
<br />Jessica will oversee the team to ensure the project meets the
<br />City of South Bend goals, satisfies INDOT requirements, and
<br />maintains the budget and schedule.
