Marks duties and responsibilities at A&Z include: <br />•Supervising and Coordinating the Construction Team <br />•Liaising Between Contractors, Design Engineers, Utilities and the Public <br />•Reviewing Project Budget <br />•Project Invoicing <br />•Monitoring PM’s for Efficiency and Schedule Adherence <br />Mark uses a variety of methods to communicate information to contractors, design <br />engineers, and utility crews to ensure that projects meet the budget, timeline, and <br />specifications for successful completion of the project. Furthermore, he knows how <br />important it is to keep residents in the loop so that they can avoid frustration and <br />confusion-especially when it comes to maintenance of traffic (MOT). Mark will <br />personally review all these elements as the PM. <br />As your PM, Mark will serve as the main point of contact for Finnian. Finnian will have <br />24/7 access to Mark via email, phone, and text.
