No. 93-5 which is the written fiscal plan for the proposed annexed <br /> area in Penn Township commonly referred to as the Kercheimer annexation. He noted that <br /> this also is of single ownership, there are City services available, there would be no City <br /> costs involved and that it would become effective on April 16, 1993. <br /> Res. No. 93-6 which was the fiscal plan for the proposed annexed area in Penn Township <br /> commonly known as the Kalyawonga annexation was then reviewed. He stated that this is <br /> the largest area of approximately 14 acres. It also has City services available and would <br /> become effective April 16, 1993. <br /> Res. No. 93-7 which is the written fiscal plan for the proposed annexation in Clay <br /> Township commonly known as the Stouffer annexation was then reviewed. This involves <br /> single ownership of 11 acres which has City services available and would take effect on <br /> April 16, 1993. <br /> The last Resolution namely Res. No. 93-8 which if the written fiscal plan for the proposed <br /> annexed area and Centre Township commonly known as the Hickey annexation was then <br /> reviewed. This area is of single ownership and is approximately one acre and would take <br /> effect April 16, 1993. <br /> a <br /> Following further discussion on each of these proposed fiscal plans, Council Member <br /> Coleman made a motion, seconded by Council Member Puzzello, that Res. Nos. 93-4, 93- <br /> i 5, 93-6, 93-7, and 93-8 be recommended favorably to Council.
