Following further discussion, Council Member Coleman made a <br /> motion, seconded by Council Member Puzzello, that Substitute <br /> Bill No. 70-93 be recommended favorably to Council. The <br /> motion passed. <br /> Under miscellaneous business, Council Member Coleman and <br /> Council President Luecke requested that Mr. T. Brooks <br /> Brademas be given time to address the Committee. Mr. <br /> Brademas voiced concern with regard to the Calvert Street <br /> vacation action taken by the Council at its' last regular <br /> meeting.
