Coun <br /> cil Member <br /> Zakrzewski, <br /> made a motion seconded by Council Member Ladewski, that <br /> Substitute Bill No. 114-93 be recommended favorably to <br /> Council. The motion passed. <br /> William Eagan, a citizen member, then voiced concern with <br /> regard to lack of communication and lack of information <br /> being received as a citizen member of the committee. He <br /> stated that he would like to have copies of the Bills prior <br /> to the meeting so that he could study them and have better <br /> input. Discussion of this request then took place by the <br /> Committee.
