Personnel and Finance Committee Meeting <br /> August 18, 1993 <br /> Page 4 <br /> Mr. Dillon then reviewed both of the proposed budgets. <br /> Safety and Risk Management: <br /> Isabelle Gonzalez then presented written documents on various safety and <br /> risk management programs which she oversees, including a copy of the <br /> "Drug Detection and Deterrence Policy and Procedures". She focused on <br /> three (3) areas of review: <br /> 1. Workers Compensation <br /> a. Police and Fire Departments have been incorporated. <br /> 2. Safety/Risk Management <br /> a. Drug Testing <br /> b. Confined space training <br /> c. Hepatitis B <br /> d. DOT program <br /> 3. Liability Insurance <br /> a.
