The <br />Division of Engineering has reviewed the submitted documents and listed the bidders as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Bidder Base Bid Amount <br />1. Rieth Riley Construction Co., Inc. $2,090,801 <br />2. Milestone Contractors North, Inc. $2,526,000 <br /> <br /> <br />Engineering recommends award of a contract for the 2022 Contractor Paving Round 2 to the <br />lowest responsive / responsible bidder, Rieth Riley Construction Co., Inc. in the amount of <br />$2,090,801. <br /> <br /> <br />Sufficient funds have been appropriated from Major Moves, River West TIF, River East TIF, <br />Southside Development TIF, 480-436008, and Infrastructure Bond. <br /> <br />Please call with your questions (9245). <br /> <br />Enc.
