C2.01 Compensation for Basic Services (other than Resident Project Representative)- Lump Sum Method of Payment A. Owner shall pay Engineer…Representative, if any, as follows: 1. A Total Compensation Amount Remains of $318,350 $274,850 based on the following estimated distribution of compensation: k.Adding the Main Street rehabilitation design plans for Not to Exceed Amount of $45,500 Break-up of item k: i. Preliminary Design Phase and City review $16,500 ii. Final Design Phase and City review $11,500 iii. Bidding and Negotiating Phase $10,000 iv. Construction Administration $7,500 B. Period of Service: The compensation amount stipulated in Compensation Packet BC-1 is conditioned on a period of service not exceeding 6 months. If such period of service is extended, the compensation amount for Engineer’s services shall be appropriately adjusted. Agreement Summary a.
