Project: City’s 2022 Community Crossing Roadway Rehabilitation <br /> Project 122-024 <br />2.Description of Modifications: <br />EXHIBIT A – Engineer’s Services <br />PART 2 – ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />A2.01 Additonal Services Requiring Owner’s Written Authorization <br />A.If authorized in writing by Owner, Engineer shall furnish or obtain from others <br />Additional Services of the type listed below. <br />7.Adding the Main Street On-Street Parking design, between Dean Street <br />and Sherwood Street, to the original contract for 5-existing City Streets. <br />The Owner and Engineer have agreed to add one additional City Street <br />(Main Street) into the Original Contract. This addition has no impact on <br />the original contract’s fees that were approved on February 22, 2022. <br />The Main Street On-Street Parking Project shall be surveyed, designed, <br />bid separately and constructed separately within the remaining fees from <br />the original contract ($318,350). <br /> EXHIBIT B – Owner’s Responsibilities <br />S.Complete agency fee and bond waiver forms and pay associated permit fees. <br />EXHIBIT C <br />ARTICLE 2 – OWNER’S RESPONSIBILITIES
