CITY OF SOUTH BEND HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION <br />Upon a motion by Joan Downs-Krostenko, seconded by Elizabeth Hertel, and <br />unanimously carried by vote, the Historic Preservation Commission approves the <br />amendment of COA#2022-0418A to all posts need to match, not be wrapped, remand the <br />design to staff and waive any future fees. <br />Vote: 6-0. Six in Favor, none opposed. <br />Motion was approved <br />Upon a motion by Joan Downs-Krostenko, seconded by Elizabeth Hertel, and <br />unanimously carried by vote, the Historic Preservation Commission APPROVES <br />Certificate of Apprupriateness Application #2022-0418A. <br />Vote: 6-0. Six in Favor, none opposed <br />COA#2022-0418A was approved <br />Upon a motion by Joan Downs-Krostenko, seconded by Elizabeth Hertel, and <br />unanimously carried by vote, the Historic Preservation Commission approves the <br />amendment of COA#2022-04186 the porch shall be extended to the corner of the current <br />stoop/porch, the turn posts will match the rest of the house, any railing and spindle that <br />needs to be considered be remanded to staff. <br />Vote: 6-0. Six in Favor, none opposed. <br />Motion was approved <br />Upon a motion by Joan Downs-Krostenko, seconded by Sarah Andrews, and <br />unanimously carried by vote, the Historic Preservation Commission APPROVES <br />Certificate of Appropriateness Application #2022-04186. <br />Vote: 6-0. Six in Favor, none opposed. <br />COA#2022-04186 was approved <br />ii. 2022-0428 1069 Riverside Drive Riverside Drive LHD, Ordinance#7469-85 <br />(Audio Position: 35:29) <br />The staff report was presented by Adam Toering. <br />Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends approval <br />The applicant was represented by: <br />Keith Steidley, 8015 W. 130N. Suite A Nappanee, IN 46550 <br />The public was represented by: <br />N/A <br />After due consideration, the following action was taken: <br />Upon a motion by David Wyncott, seconded by Sarah Andrews, and unanimously carried <br />by vote, the Historic Preservation Commission APPROVES Certificate of <br />Appropriateness Application #2022-0428. <br />Vote: 6-0.
