REGULAR MEETING April 11, 2022 <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in person and <br />via Microsoft Teams app on Monday, April 11, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. Council President Sharon L. <br />McBride called the meeting to order. Pastor Gilbert Washington of St. Paul Bethel Missionary <br />Baptist Church gave the invocation. <br />City Clerk Dawn M. Jones announced: good evening, members of the public. This will require governmental support. Hamann reported <br />child trauma is prevalent in most adults. <br />Councilmember Henry Davis Jr. restates the resolution purpose around childhood abuse <br />prevention. Davis proclaims resolution to the public and council effective date of passage. <br />
