a 7 <br /> Zoning and Vacation Committee <br /> May 20, 1991 <br /> Page 3 <br /> preliminary site plan as well as the supportive data for the <br /> project. <br /> Following further discussion, Council Member Coleman made a <br /> motion seconded by Council Member Luecke, that amended Bill <br /> No. 17-91 be recommended favorably to Council. The motion <br /> passed. <br /> The Committee then reviewed Amended Bill No. 18-91 which is <br /> a proposed rezoning for the property located at 1001 Hickory <br /> Road. Mr. Pat Brown of Site Scopes reviewed the handout <br /> addressing the Hickory Park Office Center. He noted that the <br /> amendment was necessary to include the property presently <br /> occupied by WAMJ Radio Station. <br /> Following further discussion, . Council Member Coleman made a <br /> motion seconded by Council Member Niezgodski, that Amended <br /> Bill No. 18-91 be recommended favorably to Council.
