Page 2 <br /> In response to a question raised by Council Member Coleman, <br /> it was noted that the study would again be conducted Tenney <br /> Pavoni Associates, Inc. , formerly TenEch Engineering, Inc. <br /> Following further discussion, Council Member Niezgodski made <br /> a motion seconded by Council Member Luecke that the amended <br /> version of Bill No. 103-90 be recommended favorably to <br /> Council. The motion passed with Council Member Slavinskas <br /> abstaining. <br /> The Committee then reviewed Bill No. 104-90 which would <br /> transfer monies from various accounts within the Enterprise <br /> Funds. Mr. Lesczcynski noted that this was a housekeeping <br /> measure. He noted that under the other contractual line <br /> items, that monies are being requested for unforeseen cave- <br /> ins which were experienced throughout the City. <br /> Council Member Niezgodski voiced concern with regard to <br /> maintenance of vehicles and replacement policies. Mr. <br /> Agostino noted that he works closely with Mr. Phil St. Clair <br /> with regard to when vehicles are replaced. <br /> Council Member Luecke noted that the electrical current line <br /> item is down, and was advised that all of the motors are run <br /> by electricity. <br /> In response to a question raised by Council Member <br /> Slavinskas, it was noted that the computer charges <br /> incorporated address the changes effective March, 1991. <br /> Following further discussion, Council Member Niezgodski made <br /> a motion seconded by Council Member Coleman, that Bill No. <br /> 104-90 be recommended favorably to Council. The motion <br /> passed. <br /> The Committee then reviewed Bill No. 105-90 which would <br /> transfer $105, 000. 00 within the Sewage Works Operation Fund <br /> and $42 , 000. 00 within the Solid Wastes Operation Fund. Mr. <br /> Lesczcynski noted that this Bill reflects the actual costs <br /> involved. <br /> Council Member Zakrzewski noted that the salt bids were <br /> higher than normal. Mr. Lesczcynski noted that last year the <br /> cost per ton was $26. 00 and that this year the bids were <br /> received at $29. 00 and $32 .00 respectively. He noted that <br /> the City would be re-bidding. He also noted that the City <br /> budgets for approximately 12, 000. 00 tons of straight salt. <br /> In response to a question raised by Council Member <br /> Slavinskas, it was noted that the transfer of monies in leu <br /> of taxes over a five year period, similar to the Hydrant <br />
