Version 6-8-2017 <br />30 <br />APPENDIX "C" <br />SCHEDULE: <br />No work under this Contract shall be performed by the CONSULTANT until the CONSULTANT receives a written <br />notice to proceed from the LPA. <br />All work by the CONSULTANT under this Contract shall be completed and delivered to the LPA for review and <br />approval within the approximate time periods shown in the following submission schedule: <br />1.Field Survey completed within 90 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). <br />2.The basic environmental compliance services shall be completed in accordance with the following <br />schedule. The receipt of a Level 2 CE is anticipated to be obtained within 365 calendar days <br />following receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This schedule includes typical coordination and review <br />times by the LPA, INDOT, FHWA-IN, resource agencies, SHPO, and/or Section 106 consulting <br />parties. If Additional Services are necessary, modification to the schedule may be required. <br />a.Data Collection, Field Reconnaissance and Section 106 Consulting Party Invitation – 30 <br />days after receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). <br />b.Early Coordination Request to Natural Resource Agencies– 45 days after receipt of Notice <br />to Proceed (NTP). <br />c.Historic Property Report (Standard or Short Form), and Archaeological Records Check <br />Report –– 75 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). <br />d.Submit Historic Properties Report to INDOT for approval (approximately 15-day review) <br />–NTP + 90 days <br />e.Prepare and Submit Section 106 Documentation and Consultation – 240 days after receipt <br />of Notice to Proceed (NTP). <br />f.Prepare Draft CE for INDOT review/comment (15-day review) – 285 days after receipt of <br />Notice to Proceed (NTP). <br />g.Submit Final CE to INDOT for release for public involvement – 335 days after receipt of <br />Notice to Proceed (NTP). <br />h.Make any necessary revisions to Final CE based upon disposition of public hearing <br />comments, submit to INDOT for approval (15-day review) – 15 days after receiving the <br />Hearing Certification. <br />3.Roadway Design and Plans <br />a.Stage 1 Plans within 120 days after completion of the topographical survey. <br />b.Preliminary Field Check (PFC) plans submitted 90 days after approval of the Stage 1 Plans. <br />c.PFC Meeting held within 30 days after submitting PFC Plans. <br />d.Design Hearing, if required, held within 120 days after the PFC Meeting and the draft CE <br />document is approved for public involvement. <br />e.It is anticipated that the services outlined in this agreement only cover progressing the <br />design plans to a Stage 2 level and that a supplemental agreement will be provided prior to <br />progressing to Stage 3. <br />f.Stage 3 Plans based on INDOT’s Letting Preparation Schedule for the specified letting <br />date. <br />g.Final Tracings based on INDOT’s Letting Preparation Schedule for the specified letting <br />date.
