OLD BUSINESS <br />a. 2022 HPC Officer Elections — Slate of Officers (Audio Position: 21:09) <br />Upon a motion by David Wyncott, being seconded by Elizabeth Hertel and unanimously <br />carried by vote, the Historic Preservation Commission APPROVES re -slating the 2021 HPC <br />Officers; President Michele Gelfman, Vice President Sarah Andrews, Arch. Historian/ <br />Secretary Joan Downs-Krostenko and Treasurer Mary Brazinsky. <br />Vote: 6-0. Six in Favor, none opposed. <br />2022 HPC Officer Slate is approved. <br />VII.
