FEDDER: Then you vote against it at that time. <br /> MR. VELLEMAN: I understand. <br /> MRS. HENRY: A motion was made to send the petition for Special Exceptions to the Common Council <br /> with a Favorable Recommendation and seconded by Mr. Hawley. The motion carried unanimously. <br /> After hearing the evidence on the petition, the Area Board of Zoning Appeals find that you did satisfy <br /> the Standards as set forth in I.C. 36-7-4-918.5; therefore,the petition was for Special Exception was <br /> sent to the Common Council with a Favorable Recommendation and the petition for variance <br /> granted subject to an additional eight trees. <br /> Based on the testimony presented, the Area Board of Zoning Appeals, after careful consideration, finds this <br /> variance granted will issue written Finding of Facts. <br /> PEITION FOR SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS SENT TO THE COMMON COUNCIL WITH A <br /> FAVORABLE RECOMMENDATION <br /> PETITION FOR VAR AINCES GRANTED SUBJECT TO AN AUDITION OF EIGHT TREES <br />
