Work to be completed between February 15 and March31, 2022.6. Vegetative and material debris to be hauled off site. Clearing and grubbingto be limited to the vegetation and areas necessary for proper installation ofstructures proposed. Remove any debris necessary for the properinstallation of structures proposed.7. Base Flood Elevations based on FEMA Flood Insurance Study and floodhazard maps.8. Historic street lamps along with stone pillars, stone retaining wall, andfence along Riverside Drive to be protected in place. The Contractor isresponsible for any expense and replacment required due to damage ofthese structures.9. Regardless of access route selected by Contractor, all erosion andsediment control requirements of related permits will be required. This mayrequire additional blanketing, silt fence or other means.H#
