All trees 4" or greater, not indicated by X for removal or approved forremoval by the Engineer, that are removed or damaged for site access orconstruction will be replaced with minimum 3 gallon stock replacementtrees at no cost to the City.6. Clearing and grubbing to be limited to the vegetation and areas necessaryfor proper installation of structures proposed. Remove any debrisnecessary for the proper installation of structures proposed. Vegetative andmaterial debris to be hauled off site.7. Base Flood Elevations based on FEMA Flood Insurance Study and floodhazard maps.8. Historic street lamps along with stone pillars, stone retaining wall, andfence along Riverside Drive to be protected in place. The Contractor isresponsible for any expense and replacment required due to damage ofthese structures.
