• Dan Mirocha noted that currently 54% of the fees go to the <br /> General Fund and 46% of the fees go to the Capital <br /> Improvement Fund. <br /> Following further discussion Councilman Puzzello made a <br /> motion seconded by Councilman Coleman that Bill No. 57-88 be <br /> recommended favorably to Council.
