Public Works' Committee Meeting 10-10-88 Page 2 <br /> The Council Attorney noted that the effective date of the <br /> ordinance would be October 29, 1988 since the ordinance must <br /> be published in its entirety on two separate ocassions. <br /> Following further discussion Councilman Niezgodski made a <br /> motion seconded by Councilman Duda that the amended version <br /> of Substitute Bill No. 74-88 dated 10-10-88 be recommended <br /> favorably to Council.
