Joint Meeting of the Personnel and Finance and Residential Neighborhoods Committee 10-24-88 2 entered into in 1968. The Council Attorney also suggested that amendatory language be included within paragraph (b) of Section 2-169 to designate specifically that only the proportionate share of the City's funds would be placed into the fund up to a maximum of $20,000. 00. Council Member Luecke then suggested further amendatory language which would be incorporated into sub section (c) . The Council Attorney stated that she would have a substitute bill incorporating all of the amendatory language by this evening's meeting. Following further discussion Council Member Voorde made a motion seconded by Council Member Luecke that the amended language be specifically incorporated into the substitute bill. The motion passed. Council Member Soderberg then made a motion seconded by Council Member Zakrzewski that the revised substitute version of Bill No. 82-88 be recommended favorably to Council. The motion passed by a 7 to 1 vote with Council Member Puzzello being in the minority and Council Member Niezgodski being unable to vote due to the fact that he served on neither committee.
