The Committee then reviewed Resolution 87-91 requesting a <br /> ion 87-92 <br /> ten year real property tax abatement and Rex autioment for <br /> requesting a five year personal property <br /> e <br /> Automatic Molded Plastics Inc. . Mr. Ron Sherr and. Suehe <br /> Horseman were available on behalf of the p <br /> Council attorney noted that the tax rate information must be <br /> included and would propose the amendatory language. <br /> Following discussion Councilwoman Puzzello made a motion <br /> seconded by Councilman Taylor that the amended versions of <br /> Resolution nos. 87-91 and 87-92 be recommended favorably to <br /> the Council. The motion passed. <br /> The Committee then reviewed Resolution ten whichais a <br /> request for real property tax abatement <br /> no. 87-94 which is a personal property tax <br /> abatement for five years for the property located at 3602 <br /> West Sample Street. Mr. Jim Norton of Chicago and Mr. Jim <br /> McClalten briefly discussed the fabrication expansion <br /> process dealing with stainless steel. the eynindicatedethatd <br /> this would be the seventh facility in <br /> Canada. <br /> Taylor made a motion <br /> a <br /> Following discussion, <br /> Councilman Y <br /> li seconded by Councilwoman Puzzello that Resolution nos. 87-93 <br /> and 87-94 be recommended favorably to the Council.
