Public Safety Committee/ <br /> Personnel & Finance Committee <br /> May 11 , 1987 <br /> Page 2 <br /> Chief Taylor noted that the sum of $16,000 was necessary to <br /> remodel the kitchen at Fire Station #7 located at 1616 Portage <br /> Avenue. He also indicated that $63, 650 was needed to make a <br /> payment on the first Quint purchased by the City. He indicated <br /> that this Quint is now housed at Fire Station #10. <br /> Councilman Serge indicated that he had inspected the kitchen <br /> at Station #7 and that it does , in fact , need substantial <br /> remodeling . <br /> Following discussion by the Committee, Councilman Serge made <br /> a motion , seconded by Councilman Braboy , that Bill No. 30-87 be <br /> recommended favorably to Council .
