Zoning & Vacation Committee <br /> July 13 , 1987 Minutes <br /> Page 3 <br /> Councilman Beck noted that she had not received any calls <br /> with regard to this project. It was indicated, however, that one <br /> ( 1) remonstrator voicing concern with regard to lighting did <br /> appear at the Area Plan Commission. Mr. Johnson indicated that <br /> all lights would be shielded. He also indicated that the <br /> operation would be a 24-hour operation such as the 7-11 . <br /> It was also indicated that the staff of the Area Plan <br /> Commission thought the overall project would be a good use for the <br /> property. <br /> Following further discussion, Councilman Beck made a motion, <br /> seconded by Councilman Taylor, that substitute Bill No. 16-87 <br /> receive a favorable recommendation.
