} <br /> Personnel & Finance Committee <br /> Minutes/July 13 , 1987 <br /> Page 2 <br /> It was also indicated that Mr. Robert Krusczynwski replaced <br /> Morgan Peck upon his retirement as Manager of Sewers in the <br /> Sanitation Department . Liz Powell also noted that the various <br /> audio/visual fees would be a charge to the vendors at the Century <br /> Center and, thus, be income producing. <br /> Following further discussion, Councilman Barcome made a <br /> motion , seconded by Councilman Serge, that Substitute Bill No. <br /> 62-87 be recommended favorably to Council. The motion passed. <br /> The Committee then reviewed Bill No. 63-87 which was a bill <br /> transferring monies between accounts in various departments for <br /> calendar year 1987. Mr. Vance indicated that this bill would <br /> allow transfers between different departments. As a part of this <br /> transfer, he indicated that approximately $40,000 was being paid <br /> by the City on behalf of former police officer Maurice Woods due <br /> to the injuries he received in the line of duty. <br /> Following further discussion, Councilman Barcome made a <br /> motion, seconded by Councilman Serge, that Bill No. 63-87 be <br /> recommended favorably to Council . The motion passed . <br /> There being no further business to come before the <br /> Committee , the meeting was adjourned at 5 :00 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted , <br /> Councilman Beverlie J.
