He knows INDOT PMs want to deliver <br />projects on time and on budget. His and Troyer Group’s <br />understanding of INDOT project delivery and ability to <br />manage schedules and cost can be relied upon. James <br />manages all waters report preparation and permit <br />applications for INDOT and LPA sponsored projects. <br />He became certified in Categorical Exclusion <br />preparation in Fall 2019.
