<br />At Troyer Group, Patrick has been responsible for
<br />preparing design and construction documents for public
<br />sector and transportation-related projects. This includes
<br />developing the design, calculations, plans, and estimates
<br />pertinent to the success of many roadway projects. This
<br />experience encompasses the whole process of plan
<br />development including geometric layout, site modeling,
<br />maintenance of traffic, quantity calculations, plan
<br />preparation, and document preparation.

<br />As a lead project engineer on Troyer Group’s
<br />Transportation Team, Laila is responsible for the
<br />design and construction documents for public sector
<br />transportation projects and leads the day-to-day work
<br />of the Civil Team’s support engineers.
<br />Laila possesses extensive experience reviewing INDOT
<br />projects and provides valuable knowledge of the
<br />State’s design standards and project development
<br />process, which are invaluable in her QA/QC role. She
<br />is responsible for design, preparation, and review of
<br />construction documents for all types of INDOT and
<br />local government projects.

<br />PROJECTS DELIVERED:
<br />James understands NEPA delivery is critical to
<br />overall project delivery, and his experience and
<br />communication skills will ensure a smooth NEPA
<br />process from task assignment through project
<br />completion. He knows INDOT PMs want to deliver
<br />projects on time and on budget. His and Troyer Group’s
<br />understanding of INDOT project delivery and ability to
<br />manage schedules and cost can be relied upon. James
<br />manages all waters report preparation and permit
<br />applications for INDOT and LPA sponsored projects.
<br />He became certified in Categorical Exclusion
<br />preparation in Fall 2019. In the last 15 months, James
<br />has prepared 21 approved NEPA documents and has
<br />two other high-level CEs awaiting review by INDOT.
<br />His knowledge gained in preparing those documents
<br />has further cemented Troyer Group as an industry
<br />leader in INDOT environmental policy.
