She has furthered <br />her knowledge by attending continuing <br />education such as the National ADA Symposium <br />and INDOT’s Designing Pedestrian Facilities <br />for Accessibility. Her site layout experience, <br />combined with her knowledge with ADA <br />compliance, has enabled her to develop sensible <br />solutions for non-compliant situations. In addition, he has <br />managed interagency coordination and review <br />processes, performed resource inventories, <br />impact assessments, and prepared numerous <br />environmental permit documents, coordinating <br />these efforts with project development <br />milestones. <br />Ryan’s experience includes various highway and <br />roadway design projects.
