Safe Routes to School | 3 <br />Anthony <br />Glenn, PE <br />PROJECT MANAGER <br />Anthony’s history with <br />the City of South Bend <br />and direct experience <br />as lead designer of <br />several similar projects, <br />makes him the ideal <br />choice to make this a <br />successful project for <br />the City! <br />Representative experience includes, but not limited to, the following: <br />• Merrifield Park Connector Multi-Purpose Trail, Mishawaka, Indiana <br />• Potato Creek Trail, North Liberty, Indiana <br />• Trine State Recreation Area Roadway and Shared-Use Path, Steuben County, Indiana <br />• 103rd Street Homeplace ADA Project, Mishawaka, Indiana <br />• Memorial Hospital Streetscape Improvements, South Bend, Indiana <br />• Pinhook Park Pavilion Improvements, South Bend, Indiana <br />Anthony will be the point of contact between DLZ, INDOT, and the City of South Bend. He will work closely <br />with City representatives to keep you informed of progress, address challenges, and keep the project on track. <br />Anthony’s responsibilities will also include maintaining project budgets, ensuring that the project stays within <br />the specified scope, developing and administering the project schedule, timeline and delivery dates, ensuring <br />that staff working on the project have ample resources to perform the work, coordination and monitoring of <br />all subcontracts and ensuring that all quality control measure are followed. Anthony will track milestones using <br />the Critical Path Method for key deliverables. Anthony and his staff will be committed full time throughout the <br />duration of this contract for the successful completion of this sidewalk improvements project. <br />COMMUNICATION PLAN <br />Anthony, your one <br />point of contact! <br />Schedule and facilitate <br />meetings for all <br />stakeholders, including <br />progress meetings. <br />Work with the City <br />to develop a public <br />involvement plan. <br />Establish and confirm <br />expectations and goals <br />early in the planning <br />process. <br />Return phone calls and <br />emails the same business <br />day or within 24 hours. <br />CITY <br />PROJECT <br />MANAGER <br />Clearly communicate <br />through meeting <br />minutes/summaries and <br />time-critical action items. <br />Keep INDOT informed of <br />the project progress.
