He suggested that Resolution 86-48 which was to authorize the <br /> Mayor to submit a grant application to HUD be withdrawn in light of <br /> new guidelines from HUD. Councilman Puzzello made a motion seconded by <br /> Councilman Taylor that Resolution 86-48 be withdrawn and thus struck from <br /> the agenda this evening.
