Page 5. <br /> Personnel and Finance Committee <br /> August 8, 1986 <br /> JUNK VEHICLE, page 85, $25,950 <br /> Mr. Vance noted that one cent on tax roles is being requested. <br /> One cent would generate approximately $40,000. <br /> Councilman Paszek made a motion seconded by Councilman Serge <br /> that the Junk Vehicle Budget be recommended to Council favorably. The <br /> motion passed unanimously. <br /> UNSAFE BUILDINGS, page 65, $ <br /> Mr. Vance then explained the Unsafe Building account. Following <br /> this explanation, Councilman Serge made a motion seconded by Councilman <br /> Paszek that the requested budget be recommended favorably. The motion <br /> passed unanimously. <br /> ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT REVENUE BOND, pages 89 through 90, $15, 535 <br /> Mr. Vance reviewed the Line Item detail on this proposed budget <br /> which is identical to the current budget. <br /> Councilman Braboy made a motion seconded by Councilman Serge that <br /> the budget be recommended favorably to . Council. The motion passed <br /> unanimously. <br /> T.I.F ALLOCATION FUND, page 97, $336,138 <br /> Mr. Vance noted that this fund is a new fund which is required <br /> for 1987 so that proper interest payments can be made. This account is <br /> required by State law. <br /> Councilman Serge made a motion seconded by Councilman Braboy to <br /> recommend this budget favorably to Council. The motion passed unanimously. <br /> CUMULATIVE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND, (CCIF) , page 76, $645,482 <br /> Mr. Vance reviewed this budget which is . 8% lower than the current <br /> budget. Councilman Paszek made a motion seconded by Councilman Serge <br /> to recommend this budget favorably to Council. The motion passed <br /> unanimously. <br /> MISCELLANEOUS MATTERS <br /> Mr. John Lesczyznski then noted that various questions were raised <br /> with regard to the Motor Vehicle Maintenance Fund. He noted that the <br /> only were possible could be made would be in the gasoline account. Mr. <br /> Vance noted that he would review the budget and report back to Council. <br />
