Page 2 . <br /> Zoning and Vacation Committee <br /> The Council Attorney then recommended that since the petitioner was <br /> aware of his options under the current zoning laws that a motion to strike <br /> the bill from the agenda would be in order if the petitioner agreed. Mr . <br /> Paulson agreed with this recommendation and Councilman Zakrzewski also <br /> voiced his support . Councilman Beck then made a motion seconded by Councilman <br /> Zakrzewski that at the request of the petitioner the Committee would recommend <br /> that Bill No . 130-83 be struck from the agenda. The motion passed unanimously <br /> and superseded the previous motion. <br /> The Committee then reviewed Bill No . 123-83 which would re-zone the <br /> property located at 1815 Ireland E. from A to B. This bill received a <br /> favorable recommendation and the district councilman was in support of the <br /> re-zoning. Councilman Serge then made a motion seconded by Councilman <br /> Puzzello that Bill No . 123-83 be recommended favorably to Council. The motion <br /> passed unanimously. <br /> Councilman Voorde then read into the record a memorandum from <br /> Gladys Muhammad dated January 11 , 1984 , regarding a parking lot located at <br /> 1106 S . 20th Street .
