CITY OF SOUTH BEND' HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION <br />Randy Davis, 710 Park Ave South Bend, IN 46616. <br />The public was represented by: <br />After due consideration, the following action was taken: <br />Upon a motion by Sarah Andrews, seconded by David Wyncott, and unanimously carried <br />by vote, the Historic Preservation Commission APPROVES Certificate of <br />Appropriateness Application #2021-1208. <br />Vote: 5-0. Five in Favor, none opposed. <br />COA#2021-1208 is approved. <br />IV. PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br />V. REGULAR BUSINESS <br />a. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />i. November 15, 2021 <br />(Audio Position: 45:41) <br />Upon a motion by David Wyncott, being seconded by Sarah Andrews and unanimously <br />carried by vote, the minutes from the November 15, 2021, Historic Preservation <br />Commission are approved. <br />b. STAFF REPORTS <br />i. Administrative Approvals <br />After due consideration, no action was taken. <br />c. COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />i. Standards and Guidelines <br />After due consideration, no action was taken. <br />VI. OLD BUSINESS <br />VII. NEW BUSINESS (Audio Position: 48:34) <br />a. 2022 HPC Officer Elections — Slate of Officers <br />Upon a motion by David Wyncott, being seconded by John Tiffany and unanimously carried by <br />vote, the Historic Preservation Commission APPROVES re -slating the 2021 HPC Officers; <br />President Michele Gelfman, Vice President Sarah Andrews, Arch. Historian/ Secretary Joan <br />Downs-Krostenko and Treasurer Mary Brazinsky. <br />Vote: 5-0. Five in Favor, none opposed. <br />2022 HPC Officer Slate is approved. <br />VIII. ANNOUNCEMENTS AND MISCELLANEOUS MATTERS <br />a. 2022 HPC Meeting Dates <br />After due consideration, no action was taken. <br />Page 13 <br />
