CITY OF SOUTH BEND;, HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION <br />The applicant was represented by: <br />Jeff Jarnecke, 211 N Michigan St. South Bend, IN 46601 <br />Steve Jacks and Edward Hayes, 1247 Mishawaka Ave South Bend, IN 46615. <br />The public was represented by: <br />After due consideraLion, Lhe rulluwing action was taken: <br />Upon a motion by Sarah Andrews, seconded by David Wyncott, and unanimously <br />carried by vote, the Historic Preservation Commission APPROVES Certificate of <br />Appropriateness Application #2021-1203 with a modification of the installation of the <br />"1" be installed the same way as the "0." <br />Vote: 5-0. Five in Favor, none opposed. <br />COA#2021-1203 is approved. <br />iii. 2021-1206 1207 East Wayne Street S East Wayne Street LHD, Ordinance #7796-87 <br />(Audio Position: 34:53) <br />The staff report was presented by Adam Toering. <br />Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends approval of both application items. <br />The applicant was represented by: <br />Mike Libbing, 1207 E Wayne St. South Bend, IN 46615 <br />The public was represented by. <br />After due consideration, the following action was taken: <br />Upon a motion by Sarah Andrews, seconded by David Wyncott, and unanimously <br />carried by vote, the Historic Preservation Commission APPROVES Certificate of <br />Appropriateness Application #2021-1206. <br />Vote: 5-0.
