1 <br /> Bill No. 91-99 i I ✓1 Aup) To C5 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. l / <br /> AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND AND CLARIFY RESOLUTION R3-79, <br /> THE SAME BEING A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AND ESTABLISHING <br /> AN HISTORIC LANDMARK (12768 Dragoon Trail - Penn Twp. ) <br /> WHEREAS, by its Resolution R3-79, the St . Joseph County <br /> Council did establish a historic landmark for the structure <br /> known as "Cook School" , located at 12768 Dragoon Trail; and <br /> WHEREAS, property with such property address was at one <br /> time platted as Lot #10 and Lot #11 within "Bradford' s Sub. " <br /> at one time an Unrecorded Subdivision; and <br /> WHEREAS, the property owner wishes to sell Lot 410, <br /> which contains no structures) but is instead vacant land, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ST. JOSEPH COUNTY <br /> COUNCIL THAT: <br /> Section 1 . Landmark status is herebv rescinded for Lot <br /> 10, located on the property once included together with <br /> another lot assigned the address of 12768 Dragoon Trail, <br /> within the Unrecorded Subdivision known as "Bradford' s Sub. " <br /> in Penn Township. <br /> Section 2 . The plat map for the subject property is <br /> included herewith as "Exhibit All and incorporated by <br /> reference . <br /> Section 3 . Landmark status is retained for the <br /> structure originally known as "Brown School" and located on <br /> Lot #11 within said Unrecorded "Bradford ' s Sub. " in Penn <br /> Townshin. <br /> Section 4 . No provision of this ordinance may replace <br /> proper subdivision and zoning as may be required in order to <br /> develop Lot #10 . <br /> Section S .
