Version 6-8-2017 <br /> 27 <br /> 2. The Claim vouchers shall represent the value to the Local Public Agency of the <br />partially completed work as of the date of the claim voucher. When submitting a claim <br />voucher, the CONSULTANT shall furnish a copy of records showing the individuals <br />who worked on this Contract during the month, their classification, the number of <br />hours worked since the last claim voucher was submitted and the hourly rate. <br /> <br /> 3. If the LPA does not agree with the amount claimed by the CONSULTANT on a claim <br />voucher, the LPA will send the CONSULTANT a letter by regular mail and list the <br />differences between actual and claimed progress. The letter will be sent to the <br />CONSULTANT’s address as listed in Section VI, General Provisions, Item 23, Notice <br />to Parties, of this Contract or the CONSULTANT’S last known address. <br /> <br /> 4. If, prior to the satisfactory completion of the services under this contract, the total of <br />the direct and indirect costs incurred by the CONSULTANT is within ten percent <br />(10%) of the maximum amount payable, the CONSULTANT shall notify INDOT and <br />the LPA and the status will be evaluated. <br /> <br /> <br />
