PUBLIC HEARING HELD IN COMMON COUNCIL CAUCUS ROOM
NOVEMBER 30 , 1981 - 4 :00 P.M.
ATTENDANCE
COUNCIL MEMBERS
JOHN VOORDE, CHAIRMAN
JOSEPH SERGE
WALTER SZYMKOWIAK
BEVERLIE BECK
LEWIS MCGANN
ROBERT TAYLOR
RAYMOND ZIELINSKI
BEVERLY CRONE
REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSIONERS
F. I personally,
and I don' t think the Council takes any position either pro or
con to save or take down the Odd Fellows Building at this point,
but in response to allegations that were made that someone did
not get their day in court and that they weren' t treated fairly,
we have simply called this meeting to lay the facts on the table
situation. Mr . Brademas and Mr. Raker have verbally agreed to
waiver any rights to confidentiality which developers normally
