He specifically <br /> highlighted the situation where a position was included under one <br /> cost-center but the person employed for that position would be in <br /> another cost-center. <br /> Sherrie Petz suggested that in lieu of the unexpended <br /> appropriations category on Form Two 'that her office provide the <br /> year-end cost-center report. Councilman Crone suggested that it <br /> be supplied with each department or bureau narrative. Mrs . Petz <br /> also suggested that total amounts of each vendor be considered <br /> under these services contractual section. <br /> Councilman Crone noted that the new bill would be drafted <br /> so that the public hearing could take place at the March 22 <br /> Council meeting. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Committee <br /> the meeting was adjourned at 3: 05 . <br /> Respectfully Submitted, <br /> Beverly D.
