Councilman Crone expressed concern about changing <br /> the zoning to a commercial use when there was still residential interest. <br /> The Committee then listened to propoents and remonstrators, as <br /> well as reviewed the various petitions and letters of correspondence sent <br /> in support of and in opposition to the proposed re-zoning. <br /> Councilman Beck thanked all persons for coming to the Committee <br /> meeting.
