The estimate was not exceeded as a point repair was possible within the structure and bypass within the creek and around the sinkhole was possible. The Selge Crew mobilized quickly and executed the plan very well. Job well done. Separately, the Engineering Team is working with IPR to resolve the failed liner and impacts from the failed liner such as sewer cleaning, sewer backups, and this sewer failure. December 14, 2021
